Is wiki holding another contest or is this a left over from last time?

Also I don't get the attribute names, if it is a sage it should be about lore and knowledge, prayers are something for a priest.

Because of that I highly recommend naming the primary Arcane Knowledge.

The same for the first 2 skills in Blasphemes prayers; why does something un/ani-holy deal holy damage :/

It seems counter productive, I know it would be bad to offer seconds of 7 health regen to a W/S, but 8 seconds of not casting spells to get the full benefit seems harsh.
I'd make it a fixed 5 seconds, increase the health gain on termination and add a (75% chance to fail with 3 or less arcane knowledge)
It still encourages loitering, but for a smaller time so its more acceptable in a PvP context.

But aside from the beauty flaws, a very solid CC, balance wise its quite nicely done as well(except that you might be a bit generous with the knock-down time and chainability).

Can I use it with [[Awaken the Blood] to heal for an extra 25%, or is it "not allowed to do ANYTHING with this skill to change the effect recharge and activation time or cost"?
